Let the new year begin in the mountains with skiing from morning to afternoon together with the people you love. This winter also awaits 7 new runs and a new 6-chair lift.

No Trespassing During Ongoing Construction!

During the summer and fall of 2026, we are building 7 new slopes with associated snowmaking systems, 1 new 6-person chairlift, and a conveyor belt. We kindly ask you to respect barriers and no-trespassing restrictions within the area. This is important both for your own safety and so that our contractors can work safely and efficiently.

Here awaits a winter world filled with play, skiing, and experiences for the whole family.

In winter, Idre Himmelfjäll transforms into a snow-sure, family-friendly destination with wide slopes and plenty of space. There is something for everyone, from skiing and snowmobiling to playful activities in the snow. Alpine skiing is open from 19 December 2026 to 4 April 2027, but the mountains are just as wonderful to explore in spring. As the sun returns and the days grow longer, beautiful cross-country and touring ski trails await. The pace is slower, the experiences are bigger, and time together is at the heart of it all.
