Frequently Asked Questions

During the winter high season (Christmas/New Year, winter break, and Easter), you book accommodation for a full week from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. During the low season, it is possible to book from Thursday to Sunday or Sunday to Thursday.
During spring, summer, and fall, you can book with any arrival day.

You can book a maximum of one week online. If you want to book a longer stay than one week, contact bokning@idrehimmelfjall.se and we will help you.

At the beginning of September, we open bookings for the following summer, and at the beginning of February, we open bookings for the following winter.

If you have purchased a cancellation protection on your booking, you can both rebook and cancel your accommodation up to 40 days before arrival. Contact us at bokning@idrehimmelfjall.se and we will help you.

All payment is made via Klarna, which offers both direct payment, invoice payment for 30 days, and installment payment. A link to Klarna is sent directly at the time of booking and must be confirmed within 60 minutes. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled.

When your booked accommodation is ready for check-in, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number you provided when booking. This SMS will contain all the information you need for check-in. The check-in SMS is sent no later than 4:30 PM.
If you have not received a check-in SMS by then, please contact us by phone at +46 253 40200 no later than 9:00 PM

Firewood can be purchased at the reception or pre-booked via “my pages” on the web.

It is recommended to book in advance, especially during peak season, to make sure the correct equipment is available.

Yes, you can both rent equipment and buy a lift pass on site, but for a smoother start, it is recommended to book in advance.

No, unfortunately. At the end of the season, we sometimes have clearances of older equipment.

Yes, there are cross-country skis available to rent for classic skiing.

Helmet included for children 0-7 years old. For adults, it can be rented as an option.
